Warren Gall is Chief of Police, Joe Vella is Captain of the Uniform Patrol Division, David Knipes is Captain of the Support Services Division, Captain of the Investigative Division is currently vacant, and Faith Gildea is Captain of the Administrative Division,
There are several specialized sections within each of these divisions that offer an array of services to the public. The Uniform Patrol Division has several sections which are Road Patrol, Traffic, Beach Patrol, Special Operations, and Street Crimes. The Support Services Division has several sections which are Detention, Telecommunication, Records, and Property & Evidence. The Investigative Division has four sections which are Investigations, Gang Enforcement Unit, Crime Scene and Narcotics/Vice. The Administrative Division has several section which are Training, SRO (School Resource Officer), Officer of Professional Standards, Crime Prevention-Crime Analysis, Animal Control, and Special Events Coordinator.
