Support Services Division

 
       

     Support Services is home for our Detention, Telecommunications, Records, and Property & Evidence sections.  Our Detention section is responsible for housing both adult and juvenile inmates for a limited time.  Our Telecommunication Officers are responsible for both Police and Fire dispatching and call taking.  The Records Section is responsible for the data entry and preparation of reports for reporting crime to the State of South Carolina so semi-annual and annual FBI crime data can be produced for the City.  The Property and Evidence Section is responsible for storing and safeguarding evidence, found property, relinquished property, and property for safekeeping.
