Bid solicitation documents may be automatically provided to companies that complete a vendor application with the City of Myrtle Beach. In that case, registered vendors also will receive addenda to such documents when they are published. Please print and complete the vendor application available below and mail it to the Purchasing Division, P.O. Box 2468, Myrtle Beach, SC 29578.
Any vendor who has the financial ability, experience, competence and capability to satisfactorily perform the contract may bid. Notices of formal solicitations for goods, services and construction projects are advertised in the local newspaper and/or on-line here. Bid solicitation documents advertised in the local newspaper of general circulation are available for pickup by vendors in the Purchasing office without charge, unless otherwise specified in the solicitation. (A fee is required for some bid documents.) It is the vendor's responsibility to check regularly for addenda and other changes to solicitation documents when responding to bid solicitations posted on-line.
