Request 08-23 Environments Unlimited-David Roberts – The applicant is requesting a variance from section 1225.6.4 pertaining to side yard setback.  The applicant is requesting to provide a setback of 19.3 feet where 20 feet is required.  The property is located at 1340 Dividend Loop and is identified by TMS# 180-34-01-010.
  1. Request 08-24 Williamsburg Landing – The applicant is requesting a variance from section 901.10 pertaining to fence height.  Applicant is requesting to erect a fence 6 feet in height where 3.5 feet is allowed.  The property is located at 6702 Jefferson Place and is identified by TMS# 165-15-13-014.
  1. Request 08-25 Horry County, Robert Kemp, Airport Director – The applicant is requesting a special exception pertaining to transportation facility/service ten acres or larger in size as outlined in Article II of the Myrtle Beach International Airport PUD.  The property is located off Shine Blvd. and is identified by TMS# 180-00-02-032.
  1. Request 08-26 Sea Captains Investors, Inc. – The applicant is requesting a variance from section 909.11.2 (Development of coastal high hazard areas) pertaining to elevation of proposed addition.  The property is located at 3002 N. Ocean Blvd and is identified by TMS# 173-16-24-002.
  2. Request 08-27 Myrtle Beach International Airport/Horry County – The applicant is requesting a variance from section 902.4.1 (g) and 902.6.9 pertaining to sign animation and allowable square footage.  The property is located at 1000 Jetport Rd. and is identified by TMS# 180-00-02-009.
