Request 09-24– Myrtle Beach Farms Company Inc.: The applicant is requesting a variance from Section 1212.6.4 in regard to minimum side yard setbacks. Request 09-25- Woodrow Allen Simpson Jr.: The applicant is requesting a variance from sections 901.20.2(b) pertaining to driveway width. Applicant is requesting the installation of a drive 35 feet in width where 20 feet in width is permitted.
