Request 09-23– Chris Lawrence: The applicant is requesting a variance from section 1210.5.1 in regard to accessory uses. The property is located at 2603 South Ocean Boulevard and is identified by TMS#186-08-01-004. 2. Request 09-24– Myrtle Beach Farms Company Inc.: The applicant is requesting a variance from Section 1212.6.4 in regard to minimum side yard setbacks. The property is located at 611 B&C Boulevard & 2411 North Oak Street and is identified by TMS#173-00-04-033. 3. Request 09-25- Woodrow Allen Simpson Jr.: The applicant is requesting a variance from sections 901.20.2(b) pertaining to driveway width. Applicant is requesting the installation of a drive 35 feet in width where 20 feet in width is permitted.
