APPLICATIONS, DOCUMENTS & FORMS

All Construction Services & Building Department applications, documents and forms are available in the Documents Center

Paperwork Submissions...  Submit all electrical, plumbing, gas and mechanical trade permits and trade card applications to permittech@cityofmyrtlebeach.com.  Or, fax files to 843-918-1158.

Large Files...  Commercial plans are usually too large in size for the city’s email server.  Instead, email a cloud server link or dropbox link

Inspections...  The department is performing building inspections on all permitted projects.  To schedule an inspection, call 843-918-1111.  (To schedule a morning inspection, call by 4:00 p.m. on the day prior to the day requested.  For an afternoon inspection, call by 9:00 a.m. the morning of the day requested.)
