Leiter:  The applicant is requesting an appeal, before the Board of Zoning Appeals, of a decision of the City of Myrtle Beach’s Community Appearance Board allowing for the construction of a multi-family residential development within the Grande Dunes Planned Unit Development per Section 102.02 (List of Permitted Uses) of said PUD.  The property is located at Corner of 76th Avenue North and 17 Bypass (26.69 acres), and is identified by PIN #395-00-00-0030.
  2. Request 22-08 – Robert C. Lowrey, LDG Architecture:  The applicant is requesting a variance from Section 1603.B (Dimensional Standards) in regards to setbacks.  The property is located at 400 67th Avenue North and is identified by TMS #174-03-06-022.
