  1. ANEX 22-01 2801 North Oak Street:  Request by David Schwerd of Diamond Shores, LLC, to annex approximately 2.38 acres (PIN #424060400003) and rezone the property from Horry County HC (Highway Commercial) to MUM (Mixed Use/Medium Density).
  2. ANEX 22-02 Northeast Corner of Mr. Joe White Avenue and Robert M. Grissom Parkway:  Request by Steve Powell and Jordan Rodes to annex approximately 2.77 acres (PIN #42512040040) and rezone the property from Horry County NC (Neighborhood Commercial) to MUM (Mixed Use/Medium Density).
