Interior construction is progressing on the HTC Aspire Hub, a future co-work space on Ninth Avenue North in Myrtle Beach’s new Arts & Innovations District. HTC is providing $250,000 for technology and up-fitting of the co-work space. Dozens of local entrepreneurs have applied to operate a business from one of the mini hubs. These photos give a sense of how the shared office space will look when finished. Other buildings on the street also are receiving façade renovations, in keeping with their historic character. Interest is high for leasing or purchasing those spaces.
