Members of Recruit School 35 came to the Myrtle Beach Fire Department as certified EMTs or paramedics, so their training class was shortened to just eight weeks, instead of the usual 24. During ceremonies on December 16 at Robert H. Reed Recreation Center, the firefighters’ family members and loved ones pinned on their new badges. Please welcome Melvin Alarcon, Russell Anderson, Franco Bacigalupo, Dustin Collins, Andrew Davis, Michael Dwyer, Peter Moskov and Tyler Silva to our "First in Service" team!
