Utility bill "late notices" will look different

The City of Myrtle Beach is changing the way its utility bill "late notices" look. We are discontinuing the red sealed form. New "late notices" look like this and will arrive in a window envelope. They will be the same size as your monthly utility bill.

Beginning June 29, we will resume adding late penalties to bills that are past due and will again mail late notices to customers. These were suspended in March. Effective July 8, 2020, we will resume water cut-offs for accounts which are past due. If you experienced a financial hardship due to COVID-19 and need special arrangements, please contact customer service at 843-918-1212.
