Picking up your pet's poop is the law!
The City of Myrtle Beach provides free dog waste pick-up bags at the two off-leash Barc Parcs and other outdoor public areas where dogs are allowed. City code requires dog owners to pick up after their pets whenever they are off the owner’s property and to properly dispose of the waste. Failure to do so is a misdemeanor, subject to a fine of up to $500 and/or 30 days in jail. Please pick up after your pet! It’s the law.
