Our new solid waste rules are designed to prevent unsightly trash
Myrtle Beach customers must contain all of their household garbage inside of their roll cart. No bags on top of, or next to, the city-issued roll cart will be accepted. 1. Roll carts must be set out no earlier than 6:00 p.m. the night before the regular collection day, and no later than 6:00 a.m. the day of collection. They must be brought in by 11:00 p.m. on collection day.
2. The roll cart lid must close completely, with no garbage or bags on top or beside of the container.
3. Contact the Solid Waste Office at 843-918-2160 if you need additional roll carts for garbage or recycling.
