Public Memorial Service for Officer Jacob Hancher to be held 2:00 p.m., Friday
US flags which flew above the Myrtle Beach City Hall and Ted C. Collins Law Enforcement Center will be presented to the family of fallen Police Officer Jacob Hancher during today’s 2:00 p.m., Memorial Service at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center.
