Check out the water and sewer rate for the City of Myrtle Beach.  It's the lowest along South Carolina's coast

The City of Myrtle Beach has some of the lowest water and sewer rates on South Carolina’s coast. The chart here compares Myrtle Beach’s charge for 6,000 gallons of water and the resulting sewer service to other communities’ charges, including Charleston, Hilton Head and North Myrtle Beach. Currently, Myrtle Beach has the lowest rates, although small increases in coming years will cause them to rise, but still be among the least-expensive in our peer group.
