Myrtle Beach City staff members and visitors are no longer required to wear masks inside city offices

City Manager Fox  Simons Friday lifted the face covering requirement for city staff and visitors in Myrtle Beach city office buildings.  This is in keeping with SC Governor Henry McMaster’s latest executive order and the updated guidance from the Centers for Disease Control for those who are fully vaccinated.  The city’s previous face covering requirement for all indoor spaces was removed April 1.  Face coverings are still encouraged – but not required – indoors, especially for those who have not received the full COVID-19 vaccination.
