Come celebrate the Myrtle Beach Iconic Bicycle Loop with a ribbon-cutting at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 22

The Bicycle and Pedestrian Committee celebrates the Myrtle Beach Iconic Bicycle Loop with a ribbon-cutting at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 22, on Grand Dunes Boulevard, just east of Kings Highway (note the corrected location).  The Iconic Loop is a 25-mile route around the city on bicycle facilities such as bike lanes, multipurpose paths and “sharrows” on the pavement.  The Bicycle and Pedestrian Committee and Public Works Department have worked to establish this route, a section at a time, for more than five years.
