Myrtle Beach's multi-purpose path along US 17, between the Grissom Parkway Interchange and 62nd Avenue North, will be closed from Wednesday, October 27, through Tuesday, November 16. Dominion Energy is installing a new eight-inch natural gas main line along the west side of US 17 from 33rd Avenue North to 76th Avenue North. Detour signs will be posted. This project is in the first stages of construction. It'll take about three months to complete. Lane closures will be limited and will be advised by SCDOT.
