First in Service Friday Employee of the Week: Corey Graham

Please help the City of Myrtle Beach congratulate Corey Graham of the Public Works Department for being this week's First in Service Friday Employee of the Week! Corey is a Solid Waste crew leader and part of the Alert Crew with the Solid Waste Division of Public Works. He's been employed with Myrtle Beach for 11 years. He had a handful of nominations come in last week, beginning with someone seeing him stop to help people in a wreck. His nominations read:

Saw them assisting a motorcycle wreck at Third Avenue South until PD arrived."
"I would like to nominate Corey Graham as the First in Service nominee. Corey has recently assisted with an ordinance violation complaint. He was able to make contact with the property owner to inform him of the violation and how to resolve the violation. The property came into compliance with the ordinance at no cost to the City. Corey understands how important it is to have a good relationship with the community and with local businesses."
"Corey has been a great partner for the last couple years. In this unique position on the ALERT crew, he has had no problem responding to and handling emergency situations that arise. Corey is an asset to the City of Myrtle Beach and I’m glad to work with him."
