Grand Strand Humane Society hosts the Annual Walk for the Animals event from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 28, at Valor Memorial Garden, 1120 Farrow Parkway. The family is invited to come out, celebrate Halloween and enter their pet in a costume contest to win prizes. The event also includes local entertainment, vendors, games, great food and raffle prizes. All proceeds benefit the Grand Strand Humane Society.
