Myrtle Beach Clerk of Court retires after 34 years of service

Sharon Rhodes began working with the Myrtle Beach Police Department in 1985.  At the beginning of her career, she was a dispatcher, jailer and desk officer.  She advanced through the ranks to the Clerk of Court.  “I really enjoyed getting to know so many different people from officers, lawyers, judges, coworkers and people in the community.  I don’t know if I would have that opportunity to interact with so many people if I didn’t work for the city for so long,” said Rhodes.  Congratulations Sharon and thanks for your service!
