Myrtle Beach City Council adds workshop before regular meeting

Beginning Tuesday, April 23, the Myrtle Beach City Council will hold a one hour workshop at 9:00 a.m., prior to the start of its regular meeting at 10:00 a.m. This is a slight change from Council's recent test schedule of beginning the regular meeting at 9:00 a.m.

The one hour workshop will allow Council members to preview larger or more complex issues prior to tackling them at the regular meeting. Both the 9:00 a.m. workshop and the 10:00 a.m. regular meeting will continue to be televised on local cable systems and streamed live on the city's website.

City Council meetings are televised on Channel 1303 on the Spectrum cable system and on Channel 9 on the HTC system. The meetings are streamed live and archived on the city's website, www.cityofmyrtlebeach.com. Look for the I Want to/Watch City Council Live link.
