The 64th Annual Sun Fun Festival is set for Friday through Sunday, May 31-June 2, in Myrtle Beach’s entertainment district...

Since 1951, the popular Sun Fun Festival has been a Myrtle Beach tradition!  This historically “fun” festival includes a parade, large sandcastles, various family-friendly events, exciting concerts in Plyler Park and more!  Also, the United States Army Golden Knights Parachute Team will attend and perform.  To see a view a full list of events, visit www.sunfunmb.com.

Parade Entries…  The Sun Fun Festival Parade begins at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 1, at Eighth Avenue North.  Entries in the parade are free!  To apply to participate in the 2019 parade, see www.sunfunmb.com/parade. 

 Friday, May 31

 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. – Opening Ceremony, Free Activities, Fun with DJ Matt and more!

8:00 p.m. – Swingin’ Medallions Live Performance

9:30 p.m. – US Army Golden Knights Parachute Pyro Night Performance

 Saturday, June 1

 10:00 a.m. – The Sun Fun Festival Parade (Ocean Boulevard, Eighth to 16th Avenues North)

Time TBA – Golden Knights U.S. Army Parachute Performance

5:00 to 10:00 p.m. – Free Activities, “Fun with DJ Matt” and more!

8:00 p.m. – Too Much Sylvia Live Performance 

10:00 p.m. – Professional Fireworks Show
