Memorial Day Tribute and Documentary Film
Everyone is invited to the Grand 14 Cinemas at The Market Common at 2:00 p.m., Monday, May 27, for the Memorial Day Tribute. This free event includes recognition of the military and a screening of “Death Drop: The 82nd Airborne & D-day.” The documentary chronicles the remarkable story of the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne Division on D-Day. Complimentary refreshments will be served, courtesy of the theatre. This event is sponsored by the Center for Military & Veterans Studies at Coastal Carolina University, Grand 14 Cinemas, the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, Goldfinch Funeral Home and the City of Myrtle Beach.
