MBPD provides results from traffic enforcement in The Market Common

Public safety is a shared responsibility.  From May 1-18, 2019, the Myrtle Beach Police Department's Traffic Unit conducted pro-active enforcement.  The efforts focused on traffic safety in The Market Common area.  Here are the results and statistics....

• 110 traffic stops
• 46 tickets
• 64 verbal warnings
• 56 Myrtle Beach residents
• 38 non-residents
• 15 Market Common residents
• 1 HGTC student
