Thursday’s Special Myrtle Beach City Council meeting will start at 8:30 a.m. at the Myrtle Beach Sports Center. The August 1 special meeting originally had been set for 9:00 a.m., but is being moved up half an hour to 8:30. The agenda itself is otherwise unchanged. Council will hold its monthly workshop immediately following the special meeting, as previously published.
