The City of Myrtle Beach’s free 2019 Health Fair is set for 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 23, at the Myrtle Beach Sports Center, 2115 Sports Center Way. Everyone’s invited to attend, meet with local providers, pick up educational materials, donate blood and receive free screenings.
