The City of Myrtle Beach now offers a downloadable R.A.I.N. Contribution Form for customers who pay utility bills online. Remembering Animals In Need, or R.A.I.N., allows utility customers to support the Grand Strand Humane Society’s efforts. The city forwards all collections to the shelter each month, and the money helps feed and care for shelter animals, including a spay and neuter program. Visit
