Thanks to grant from the South Carolina Department of Comme...rce's Office of Innovation, the City of Myrtle Beach and your friends at eMYRge are able to offer this world-class seminar series (valued at over $2,000 per person), taught by experienced Angel Investors for FREE with NO obligation to invest in anything or anyone!
With eight sessions over eight months, you will learn how to prepare capitalization tables and term sheets, learn how to properly conduct your due diligence, and how to properly value a company. This is a great seminar series for investors and entrepreneurs alike.

9:00-12:00 – Investor Workshop: Angel Investing 101. This workshop will offer a general overview of angel investing and create a baseline of the various topics we will discuss during the program.
12:00-1:00 – VC Lunch & Learn Series. Speaker TBD.
