Myrtle Beach's next Arts & Innovation project goes to the Community Appearance Board this week for consideration

Grand Strand Brewing Company, which purchased the old bingo hall on Kings Highway, has submitted renovation and construction plans to the Community Appearance Board. The proposal calls for the 13,000 square foot building to be returned to its historic look. This property fronts on Nance Plaza and is part of the Arts & Innovation District in downtown Myrtle Beach. The CAB will review the plans at Thursday’s meeting.
