United Bank Holiday Invitational tips off Saturday, December 19

Top national high school and prep school basketball teams are coming to Myrtle Beach, starting this weekend – with appropriate COVID-19 protocols in place. The United Bank Holiday Invitational tips off at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center this Saturday, December 19. This annual girls’ basketball tournament runs through Tuesday, December 22, with 24 teams in three divisions. It precedes the Beach Ball Classic boys’ tournament, December 26-31. Currently, 24 teams from around the country are scheduled to play in the 40th anniversary of the Beach Ball Classic, held at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center.
