Adult Cyclists, get ready for "Slow Roll" in Myrtle Beach

“Slow Roll” is back! The bi-weekly bicycle ride program takes adult cyclists on a five to eight miles ride at beginners pace, on existing bicycle infrastructure in the City of Myrtle Beach. The rides will feature bicycle tips and rules of the road. You must wear a helmet to participate. If you do not have a bicycle, but would like to ride, contact Beach Bike Shop at 843-448-5103, to rent a bike.

Each ride includes ...bicycle safety tips, fun facts about the parks and areas we travel through and as a bonus you'll learn the rules of the road. The program is free, but you must sign up to participate. To sign-up, call Troy Marron at 843-918- 2238 or email tmarron@cityofmyrtlebeach.com. Program is limited to 12 participants per ride. Below are the ride dates and meeting locations:

10:00 a.m., October 29 – Downtown Myrtle Beach
10:00 a.m., November 5 – North end of Myrtle Beach
6:00 p.m., November 19 – Market Common
