Did you know... That the Myrtle Beach Police Department picked up 631 stray animals from January 1 through October 31 of this year? Of those, 482 were collected by the department’s two Animal Control Officers. The officers also seized 95 animals during the first 10 months of 2019 as part of criminal investigations (cruelty to animals, dangerous animal, etc.).
