Enhanced Downtown Master Plan to be presented at 9:00 a.m., Thursday

Consultants are ready to roll out a more detailed vision for redevelopment of Myrtle Beach's downtown area, better known today as the Arts & Innovation District. An Advanced Master Plan for the area will be presented during the Special City Council Meeting at 9:00 a.m., Thursday, July 2, in the Ted C. Collins Law Enforcement Center. The meeting will be carried live on both Spectrum and HTC cable systems (channels 1303 and 9, respectively).

The advanced plan shows how the area might ultimately look and feel, the connectivity between districts and neighborhoods and what future projects might be included. We hope you join us for this advanced look into Myrtle Beach's future.
