Join us for dedication of the Warren S. Gall Police Annex later this week

Myrtle Beach’s expanded Police Annex on Mustang Street in The Market Common is ready for its new name. Dedication ceremonies will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, May 14, for the “Warren S. Gall Police Annex,” pictured here. The building has been expanded in the past year to include additional classroom and office space and an improved indoor firing range.

The expanded law enforcement facility is named in honor of retired Police Chief Warren Gall, who served the city for more than 37 years. Chief Gall joined the Police Department in March 1980, after serving in the US Air Force. Gall was named Police Chief in April 1997 and served in that role until his retirement in November 2017.
