Horry County Overdose Awareness Day is Thursday, August 31. Everyone is invited to Myrtle Beach’s Chapin Park from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Come out and recognize those who go unseen, as well as those whose lives have been altered by overdose and addiction. The event includes resources, speakers, food and visual reminders of those we’ve lost. Vendors are invited. See the flyer for more details.
