Would you like to serve?

The City of Myrtle Beach is creating a new Cultural Resources Committee and is seeking applicants who would like to serve on this new board. City Council created the Cultural Resources Committee to provide advice on such things as arts and culture, historic preservation, community appearance and achieving goals in the Cultural Resources Element of the Comprehensive Plan.

The committee will consist of nine members (residents of the city or business owners), all appointed by City Council for staggered three-year terms. To be considered, submit your name, a brief biography and/or resume and a letter of interest to the City Clerk, P. O. Box 2468, Myrtle Beach, SC 29578, or bring materials to City Hall, 937 Broadway Street, Monday through Friday.
